Matthew has been part of the South Lake Tahoe
real estate community since
he got his salesperson license in 1991.
He began his career at Prudential Timberline Properties,
and later spent a few years with Lakeview Properties.
In 1999 he acquired his Broker's license,
and started Tahoe Investment Properties, (aka) Tahoe TIP.
In 2007, he worked for a year at DH & Co.
He spent his youth growing up in Hawaii, and his teens in
Long Beach, Ca.
He learned the value of real estate early in life, purchasing
his first home at the age of 18.
Matt left Long Beach in 1975 in search of clear skies, fresh
air, and drinkable tap water.
After brief stays in Mammoth Lakes, Ca and the SF Bay area,
he arrived in South Lake Tahoe in 1976 and
found what he was looking for.
